1. No Refund Policy
We operate a strict "No Refund, Exchange Only" policy. We do not issue refunds for products once the order is confirmed and the product is shipped.
2. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at suppoort@krkart.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
3. Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, if payment has already been made, reversing the transaction may take 5-7 business days depending on the payment gateway (Razorpay) and your bank.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
